He added it to his publishable artwork, and it quickly became one of his most talked-about pieces. The design features two skull-faced twin boys, former carnies, facing each other and connected symbolically through the head — a bold, graphic composition with clean lines and a haunting symmetry that stops people in their tracks.

We laser-engrave and contour-cut David's original artwork onto premium leatherette patches (grey or medium brown), then heat-press them onto high-quality hip-hop style snapback hats.
