Return & Refund Policy

At DJ Illustrator Studio, every item is handmade to order in our San Antonio studio. Because each piece is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or similar reasons.

Quality Guarantee We personally inspect every product before shipping. If you receive an item that is defective due to a shipping error or if the order is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Damage We insure all packages. If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged package and item.
2. File a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).
3. Contact us with the photos and claim information.

If the carrier accepts responsibility for the damage, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Final Sale All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged and the carrier approves the claim.
